Xbrick® products are ideal for agile project and event zones in coworking spaces, as these extremely lightweight, multifunctional building blocks support the dynamic transformation of spaces. Weighing just 1.4 kg with a load capacity of up to 200 kg, Xbrick® serve coworkers flexibly as a mobile stool, side table or temporary standing-desk riser directly on the desk. For spontaneous brainstorming sessions, daily stand-ups or design thinking workshops, larger Xbrick® sets can be arranged into flexible seating circles in no time. Together with the X-conn wooden connectors, the modules can also be assembled within minutes into stable, multi-tier seating for community events, keynotes or pitch presentations, and then stored away in a corner to save space. Complemented by the matching X-table top, several stacked bricks instantly become temporary, large group work tables.

That naturally depends a lot on what is planned for the room. A good rule of thumb is about 2 Xbrick® per person. In an open round, everyone can then sit on one Xbrick® and have another in front of them to put a laptop or similar on. Or, for stand-up meetings, use two Xbrick® as a standing aid. Xbrick® can't be compared to an office chair that is optimised for hours of focused sitting at a desk, with a padded backrest and all kinds of adjustment options. But often the healthiest seat is not the most comfortable one, but the one that reminds you to change position more often. Xbrick® is not made or intended for permanent sitting. Rather, it can help to deliberately break up rigid, prolonged sitting by serving as a flexible second seat for temporary phases. It encourages healthy "active sitting" without a backrest, strengthens the deep muscles and can be moved freely around the room – whether for short meetings, quickly joining a conversation, or as a footrest when sitting or standing. And when laid on a table, it quickly turns any fixed desk or kitchen table into an improvised standing workstation.

With Xbrick® modules, an entire room can be completely rearranged in under two to three minutes. Since an Xbrick® weighs only 1.4 kg, those present can carry their seats around themselves in no time, in the spirit of agile working. Without tools, screws or heavy lifting, a classic conference setup turns very quickly into an open circle for brainstorming, multi-tier seating for presentations or several small group work islands. After the meeting or workshop, the modules are just as quickly stacked up in a corner or pushed under the tables, so the entire floor space is free again immediately.

Yes, Xbrick® are excellent as seminar and training furniture, as they break up rigid seating plans and bring maximum agility to everyday seminar life. In interactive training sessions, workshops and further education, the lightweight EPP multifunctional furniture plays to its full strengths, because – unlike heavy conference tables and chairs – it can be rearranged by the participants themselves in seconds. A room can thus be transformed from a classic lecture setup into a circle, multi-tier seating for presentations or several small, decentralised group work islands without losing much time. The Xbrick® serve not only as flexible stools with three different seat heights, but – in combination with accessories such as the X-table talk – also as spontaneous standing desks, side tables or presentation surfaces. Since the material is also extremely robust, easy to clean and stackable, seminar leaders benefit from minimal setup times and maximum use of the available floor space.

The Xbrick® directly supports corporate health management (BGM) by reducing lack of exercise and promoting healthy, dynamic sitting. Awarded the "besonders bewegend" (particularly movement-promoting) seal by the German Federal Association for Posture and Movement Promotion (BAG), this multifunctional furniture breaks up rigid sitting postures. It encourages active sitting without a backrest, strengthens the deep back muscles and helps prevent tension. Thanks to its three edge lengths, it offers different seat heights. Since it also facilitates agile meetings and spontaneous changes of location, the Xbrick® integrates physical activity naturally into everyday working life and makes an important contribution to preventive health care.

Custom colours can only be produced from a minimum quantity of 500 pieces, and even then we are bound to the colour range of the raw material manufacturer, so we cannot match RAL colours. A custom logo can be applied to the small motif area from approx. 250 pieces. Alternatively, Xbrick® can be branded with a stencil spray logo. We'd be happy to advise you.

With its 16 Xbrick® plus one flomo board whiteboard, Workspace Set S is suitable for 6-8 people. The flomo board can be used as a writable table surface or upright as a whiteboard; no additional tabletop is included.

Workspace Set M comes with 24 Xbrick®, two flomo boards and an X-bench, which can be used as a long table or bench. 2 X-tseat f provide practical individual writing surfaces, and 2 X-lean add a backrest to the Xbrick® when needed. The set is therefore suitable for approx. 10 to 12 people.

Workspace Set L includes 2 X-benches, a large X-table Team, 3 flomo boards and 40 Xbrick®. For example, 6–7 people can gather around the large table, and two further groups of 6 at the X-benches set up as tables, each with a flomo board. This allows 20 people to work comfortably.

The flomo board is a portable whiteboard in A0 format weighing only 5.8 kg. Its front is made of extremely scratch-resistant, magnetic enamelled steel, and its back features a hook-and-loop velour surface and recessed grips. Thanks to this hook-and-loop back and clever accessories, it can be attached flexibly anywhere without tools. With the special tension and hook-and-loop strap (flomo X-belt), it can be secured firmly to Xbrick®, pillars or, outdoors, to trees in no time. With the flomo geckos suction cup holders, the board adheres securely to windows and glass walls, while on conventional walls it can simply be hung on wall rails. Laid horizontally on several Xbrick®, it also instantly becomes a mobile, writable group work table.

Quite simply: everyone takes one or two Xbrick®, plus a flomo board if needed, and then you look for a pleasant, shady spot outside. Just make sure the ground has no sharp stones that could dent the Xbrick®. You can use the flomo board as a table – in that case, in addition to one Xbrick® per person, you'll need 4 more for the flomo board. Or you can hang the flomo board on a pillar or tree with a flomo X-belt, or on the outside of a window with flomo geckos. If you want to bring small individual writing surfaces or trays, take X-tseat f or X-table mini with you; small items go in the X-toolbox.
