wd3_spatial design is a development and design office. Our work focuses on the design of furniture and spatial structures for learning and working environments and for the home. Behind this are people who enjoy developing long-lasting, functional furniture – and who can stand behind our products.
Our many years of development and project experience have resulted in the multifunctional furniture Xbrick®: a multifunctional piece of furniture that we manufacture and sell ourselves and market through our international network and our online store.
We are looking to strengthen our team with immediate effect:
Commercial specialist (f/m/d) for Xbrick®. The multifunctional furniture.
Your tasks:
Internal sales service
- Recording, planning, coordinating and processing orders, including preparing quotations
Important interface function for the entire team, field service and customers
Correspondence with customers, handling returns and complaints
Packing and dispatching sample shipments
Administration of the merchandise management system incl. maintenance of article data and inventory
Supervision of warehouse, logistics and fulfillment processes and the associated IT interfaces
Taking on other internal projects and special tasks depending on your skills
Office management:
- Accounting preparation and invoice verification (Datev)
Purchasing/procurement.
Qualifications - Completed commercial vocational training or a comparable qualification
Strong communication skills in German and basic knowledge of English
Confident handling of Office programs, e-mail, Internet, Datev (ERP system can be learned)
A sense of humor, willingness to work in a small team and enjoy learning new things
Independent, customer-oriented, flexible and careful way of working
