The independent experts of the Bundesarbeitsgemeinschaft für Haltungs- und Bewegungsförderung e.V. (Federal Association for the Promotion of Posture and Physical Activity) have tested Xbrick® and rated it as “particularly moving”:
“The Xbrick® enables, precisely because of its ingenious simplicity, the promotion of everyday movement up to athletic performance. The design of a movement-friendly office or living situation by means of Xbrick® meets the human need for spontaneous activity and supports a moving behavior, especially in work and education scenarios.”
About BAG
The Federal Working Group for Posture and Physical Activity Promotion (BAG) is a nonprofit organization founded in 1961. Since then, the BAG has been engaged in a multifaceted exploration, both in theory and practice, of physical activity in the context of development, health, and education.
The performance and functionality of the human body—a complex system—depend on the quality and quantity of physical activity it receives. Selected physical activities trigger comprehensive biological and biochemical processes in the body and have been shown to have a preventive effect against cardiovascular diseases, reduce the risk of diabetes and osteoporosis, improve the immune system, and stimulate brain metabolism. Furthermore, studies show that appropriate forms of exercise help slow down age- or disease-related degenerative processes and effectively stimulate healing processes once a disease has already developed.People who exercise regularly feel healthier and are better able to cope with both professional and personal challenges in their daily lives. The “besonders bewegend” quality seal certifies (product) concepts that help enable or implement active (living) conditions. They trigger both internal and external movement in people. This applies to offerings that

The “particularly active” quality seal indicates that this is an excellent offering—in both senses of the word. It meets people’s needs by enabling spontaneous activity and initiating active behavior.
